Building Confident, Capable Leaders in Micro-School Environments
Why Training Matters
Creating an innovative, academic environment is deeply meaningful work, but very different from traditional teaching.
Our leadership training program supports new and seasoned educators who want to help young people take greater ownership of their education.
Whether you’re stepping into this role for the first time or refining your practice after years in education, this program can be customized to meet your needs.
Micro-school environments support innovation and education, but only when adults are prepared to lead them well.
When the adults are trained and supported:
Students gain confidence and hold themselves to a high standard of excellence
Culture stays strong and consistent
Parents feel trust and clarity
Schools become sustainable and calm
Who This Program Is For:
New academic leaders who want support and a strong foundation
Experienced school leaders looking to deepen their practice and strengthen culture
Parents who want to support alternative learning at home
What You'll Learn
This program will show you how to:
Understand how to motivate students to take responsibility for their education in real, practical terms
Create environments that invite focus, responsibility, and ownership
Set clear boundaries while maintaining trust and respect
Shift from “teacher” to “coach” without losing authority or purpose
Support students through struggle, independence, and growth
You’ll leave with language, tools, and systems you can use immediately.
How the Training Works
Thoughtful Instruction: We've trained micro-school leaders for over a decade, so we know exactly what it takes to take someone from their first day on the job to guiding students to take responsibility for their education.
Practical Application: Each week, you will receive practical projects to complete and share, designed to prepare you to lead your students through their own education.
Reflection and Discussion- We will meet on Zoom once a week to share projects, discuss weekly reflections, and hold a Q&A.
Clear Expectations and Standards- This program is designed to be used in any environment or setting where you want students to learn to take responsibility for their lives and education.
If you’re ready to guide students toward greater responsibility—for their education and their lives—we’d be honored to support you.
